Two systems that carry a whole organisation’s daily work.

For the two institutions below we built more than a single screen: a portal and a mobile app that work as a pair. They share the same data, are built by the same team and are maintained together.

Member portal and mobile app: the chamber’s work in the member’s pocket.

The chamber brought membership records, dues tracking, events and paperwork under one roof with the Dijital Oda platform. The next step was to move that work off the staff’s screens and open it to the members themselves.

Through the member portal and the mobile app beside it, members reach their own records, dues status, documents and the chamber’s announcements directly. The aim was to take routine questions off the staff’s desk and put them on the member’s own screen.

Employee portal and mobile apps: office and field on one system.

For CesaPharma’s employees we built a bespoke employee portal together with the mobile apps that run alongside it. The field team runs its visit plan, sales and reporting from a phone; the office follows the same data on the management dashboard.

From leave requests to stock movements, from pharmacy and doctor records to announcements, the processes sit in one system; authorisation is role-based and shaped around the company’s own way of working. From analysis to go-live and the maintenance that follows, we own the whole process.

What being a reference looks like

One counterpart

You work with the same team from analysis through to go-live. There is no chain of subcontractors taking the project over halfway.

Written scope, fixed price

Once the scope is clear we give the price and the schedule in writing. We move on a plan agreed up front, not on surprises that surface later.

After the handover

Go-live, user training, monitoring and maintenance are part of the same contract. We stay with you for as long as the system lives.

Your data, your rights

Your data always belongs to you and is handed over in a transferable format; usage rights are written explicitly into the contract.

Can we speak to your references?

Yes. Once the institution agrees, we put you in touch directly. Hearing how we work from the people we work with is more useful than hearing it from us.

Do you share the details of the work you have done?

Internal processes and data are covered by confidentiality agreements; screenshots or process details are shared only with the written consent of the institution. The work we are allowed to describe is covered on our solution pages.

You have no reference in our sector — is that a problem?

No. We start every project by learning the process rather than the sector; that is what the analysis phase is for. Having worked across sectors lets us look at similar problems from different angles.

Do you work with smaller businesses too?

Yes. A smaller scale means a smaller scope, not a different way of working: the same analysis, the same written scope, the same support after delivery.
