2. Personal Data We Process

Depending on your interaction with the Site and our services, we may process:

• Career application data: CV content, cover letter, education/experience, LinkedIn profile, position applied for.
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser/device information, access logs.
• Cookie data: usage data collected via strictly necessary and (consent-based) analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Handling your contact requests and responding to you,
• Evaluating job and internship applications and running recruitment,
• Ensuring the security of our services and the Site, preventing misuse,
• Improving Site performance and user experience (via consent-based analytics),
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to legal requests.

4. Legal Grounds

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
• Compliance with the data controller's legal obligations,
• The data controller's legitimate interests (Site security), without harming your fundamental rights,

Data is, as a rule, hosted within Türkiye; any cross-border transfer is subject to the conditions and explicit-consent principles required by the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically, through automated and partly automated means, via the contact and career forms, email correspondence, cookies and server logs.

7. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention/limitation periods. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. CVs of applications not taken forward are destroyed within a reasonable time.

8. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if incomplete/incorrect,
• Request deletion/destruction within the conditions of the law,
• Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties,
• Object to results arising against you from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damage due to unlawful processing.
